We ship our products via USPS,FedEx, DHL and UPS, at our discretion, depending on the order. Most Astro and Alpha Garmin orders are shipped through UPS unless only a PO Box is provided while placing your order.We ship to the United States of America,Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France and throughout Europe we ship Monday to Friday. We do our best to ship orders within 48** hours after receipt of order and a cleared payment. We typically ship UPS Ground, which usually takes 2 to 6 days to arrive at destinations within the USA. Estimated shipping days do not include weekends and Federal holidays. FREE SHIPPING offers are for UPS ground and USPS First Class and USPS Priority shipping! OVERSIZED and OVERWEIGHT items DO NOT qualify for free shipping offers.

G.DGpsProductsOnline also ships via USPS using their First Class and Priority services with delivery confirmation. G.DGpsProductsOnline Dog Supply reserves the right to use any carrier of their preference based on the item being shipped. Those in Alaska & Hawaii will receive their items via USPS. If you require UPS shipping, please contact us as additional payment will be required for the additional shipping expense.

**PLEASE NOTE: If your billing and shipping addresses are different, your shipment may be delayed for up to 7 days which can further cause your order to be reversed. We use next day air delivery for urgent orders. Typically, Garmin Astro DC40’s, DC50’s, T5s, Garmin Astro 320 Handhelds, Garmin Alpha, Garmin TT10 and TT15 collars will be shipped Ground UPS (exclusive of Hawaii and Alaska addresses). UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so a valid street address is required (residential or business). Signature confirmation may be required for rural address that are not specifically in the USPS or UPS database.

1 Year Warranty All of our products are new out of the box and fully guaranteed by the manufacturer, unless otherwise; The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer, in most cases up to one year.
